1. Orders & Collection
All orders through this site are for collection only from 74 Victoria Road, Leeds, LS6 1DL. We do not deliver.
You choose a collection slot at checkout. Slots are limited and booked on a first-come basis. An order is a request, not a confirmed sale: it is only accepted once our kitchen confirms it, and you will see the status change on this site. If we cannot fulfil your slot we may offer you another time or reject the order.
Please collect within 15 minutes of your slot. Food left longer may not be at its best, and we cannot remake it free of charge.
2. Prices & Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. A service charge of £2.50 is added to every online order and is shown before you pay.
Card payments are handled by SumUp. We never see or store your full card details. Where cash on collection is offered, payment is due in full when you collect.
We try to keep the menu accurate, but if an item is priced or described incorrectly we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour a clear error.
3. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Our food is cooked to order, so we cannot generally cancel or change an order once the kitchen has accepted it. If you need to change something, call us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
If we reject or cancel your order, or cannot provide what you paid for, you get a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually reach your account within 3–5 working days.
If something is wrong with your food, tell us on the day so we can put it right. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our allergen information is in the Allergens & Dietary section, and you should read it before ordering. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, egg, soya and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from traces.
If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell us before you order — use the notes box at checkout and call us to confirm. Gluten-free and veggie options depend on availability on the day.
5. Discount Codes & Offers
Codes are for one use per customer unless we say otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated. Day-specific deals such as Taco Tuesday and Wing Wednesday are only available on those days. We may withdraw or change an offer at any time, and we may refuse a code we believe is being misused.
6. Your Information
To take an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of the order itself. We use it to prepare your food, contact you about that order, and keep our own records as required by law. We do not sell your information to anyone.
If you opt in, we may email you about offers — every such email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the shop. Card details are handled by SumUp and are never stored by us.
7. Website Availability
We aim to keep this site running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Opening hours, menu items and slot availability may change without notice, and items can sell out during service.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
